Job description

Main areas of responsibility & ownership

  • Drive the optimization of sales commission processes by, e.g. automation of existing processes #simplify 
  • Review and improve existing commission models in place to enhance efficiency and ensure topline revenue achievement 
  • Design of new commission models or dedicated on top incentives supporting temporary offerings or campaigns 
  • Lead the rollout of new commission models by involving all relevant departments and lead negotiations with the local working councils
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Own the process of sales target & payout alignment together with Finance & HR 
  • Lead major projects enabling efficient sales processes 
  • Ensure efficient process steering and minimize overlap with Finance, HR and Sales

What we are looking for

  •  you have a strong understanding of sales processes, in particular sales commission models and the relationship between commission schemes and topline revenue achievement 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong skills in terms of project management and stakeholder communication 
  • Experience in  working with multi-cultural environments
  • Methodological, organized, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in subscription business
  • Fluency in English - French and German are a plus
  • Proven record in driving topics and projects in fast paced environments as well as acting as sparring partner for key decisions
