I have held several positions within the organization, starting in Secondary Structures, then as production support. I then expanded my technical journey as an integrator and cabin designer. Later, I transitioned to management with the birth of the first engineering work packages in Montreal for Sogeclair.
Our engineering team started with just 7 people in 2015 and now has more than 100 members. Our field is exciting, but what excites me the most is the human aspect. No matter the challenges, I am always pleasantly surprised and amazed by the resilience and adaptability of our team.
At SOGECLAIR Academy, we are fostering an ambitious project that embodies the preparation for the future through innovation and professional development. Our goal is to create a community of internal trainers, experts in their respective fields, to pass on the specific expertise of SOGECLAIR.
