As a “Lead Generation Specialist” you will support a portfolio of english speaking clients, mostly in the USA, in building multichannel outbound lead generation strategies (Mail, LinkedIn, Call).
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining the mission scope with each client in relation to their business objectives.
Identifying the right targets (ICP/Personae).
Developing an outbound strategy for each target.
Writing impactful messages for email and LinkedIn channels.
Determining the database generation process.
Choosing and setting up the appropriate tools.
Defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to make appropriate recommendations.
Iterating the strategy to make it increasingly effective.
Managing the project operationally to ensure its smooth execution (tracking actions taken, reporting, etc.).
Training clients on the latest tools and methodologies in outbound growth.
You will manage a team of one or two junior consultants who will assist you with daily operational tasks (databases, technical tracking, KPIs, etc.).
In addition to your main responsibilities, you may participate in side projects depending on the achievement of your objectives (working on products, marketing, US development, etc.).
This position is perfect for you if:
You are perfectly fluent in English, with US English as your mother tongue.
You already have significant experience in outbound growth.
You have launched cold emailing sequences during this experience.
You have a good foundation in copywriting and enjoy writing emails that generate qualified appointments.
You are proficient with the main Sales/Marketing Automation tools and database generation tools.
You are data-oriented, capable of analyzing raw data to make precise recommendations to your clients.
You can manage a project independently and demonstrate leadership.
You want to develop your management skills.
You are comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
You can read and communicate with a French team.

15/30 minute video interview with another Lead Generation Specialist from the team.
In-person practical case at our offices with a Lead Generation Specialist and the founder.
