The position

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation/Business Development Consultant to lead our growth efforts in the US market.

For this position, you must be a native or fluent English speaker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll work directly with our CEO, playing a pivotal role in acquiring clients and delivering exceptional results in the US market.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth in an exciting and dynamic environment.

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence and client base in the US market.

  • Adapt sales and marketing materials to align with US market specifics and audience needs.

  • Lead outbound and inbound lead generation initiatives (Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, organize events, webinars…)

  • Build, manage, and qualify a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with support from the CEO.

2. Client Delivery

  • Manage and execute client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of our lead generation and personal branding solutions tailored to US clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and optimize delivery strategies for the US market.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, addressing their needs and requests promptly.

  • Monitor the performance of client campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients, maintaining strong client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and deliver progress reports to keep clients informed and engaged.


Preferred experience

This Role is a great fit if:

  • You are a native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have experience in the US market through an internship, part-time, or full-time role.

  • You have lived in the USA and have a strong understanding of local culture and business practices.

  • You are confident in outbound strategies, including cold calling, LinkedIn campaigns, and email outreach & personal branding strategies.

  • You are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • You have a good understanding of French, which will help you collaborate effectively with our French team.
