Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems
- Facilitating the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Participating in the initial screening process of resumes and applications
- Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a good sense of humor
- High level of organization and attention to detail -
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
