As we continue to expand, we are on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to bolster our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels 
• Providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems 
• Facilitating the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers  
• Participating in the initial screening process of resumes and applications 
• Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies 
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a good sense of humor 
• High level of organization and attention to detail -
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality 
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment 
• Fluency in English
