Pauline began her career in a consumer goods group where she regularly evolves in various professions and categories of products. She has several experiences in marketing, category management and as a field sales representative. After 5 years in FMCG industry, she decided to give a new twist to her career to discover the pharmacy circuit and joined H&H Group in November 2019 with the aim of creating a category management unit. Today, she is in charge of building the commercial and category strategy for all the brands in the portfolio: she defines promotional, merchandising, and product range policies for all distribution channels.
Sophie a travaillĂ© pendant 12 annĂ©es dans un groupe de grande consommation oĂč elle a eu lâopportunitĂ© de dĂ©couvrir de nombreuses catĂ©gories de produits et dâĂ©voluer au sein de diffĂ©rents dĂ©partements : le terrain, lâexport et le marketing . AprĂšs ces annĂ©es enrichissantes et fondatrices, elle dĂ©cide de changer dâunivers pour dĂ©couvrir le monde de la franchise et du retail. Elle approfondit sa connaissance des mĂ©dias et de la communication avant de changer radicalement dâenvironnement et dâintĂ©grer H&H France en 2019 en tant que Directrice Marketing sur la marque Good GoĂ»t. Ce qui la sĂ©duit câest la perspective de travailler dans une entreprise Ă taille humaine et sur des marques inspirantes dont la mission rejoint ses aspirations personnelles : faire grandir nos enfants en acteurs engagĂ©s dâun monde meilleur. Sophie occupe aujourdâhui le poste de General Manager France.
Sa gourmandise ne connaĂźt pas de limite, pas mĂȘme celle de la dĂ©gustation de petits plats bĂ©bĂ© dĂšs le petit dĂ©jeuner !
Pauline a intĂ©grĂ© le service marketing H&H en 2019 pour gĂ©rer les projets de dĂ©veloppement produits Dodie. Câest en janvier 2021 que Pauline a rejoint le service Communication. Elle est aujourdâhui Brand Content Manager pour les marques Good GoĂ»t, Dodie et Biostime.

AprĂšs un parcours de plus de 10 ans au sein dâun grand groupe agro-alimentaire sur des fonctions Sales Force Management, KAM ou encore E-commerce Business Development, Hugo a choisi de tenter lâaventure H&H fin 2019. Câest dâabord en reprenant la direction de lâĂ©quipe Grands Comptes Pharmacie puis dĂ©sormais celle de lâĂ©quipe Force de Vente quâHugo sâefforce de mettre en place les conditions de succĂšs commercial pour nos marques, nos clients et, avant tout, ses Ă©quipes.
Si vous tenez Ă le croiser nâhĂ©sitez pas Ă lui proposer un cafĂ© : il est fan de ces petits grains torrĂ©fiĂ©s !
Charles est arrivĂ© en alternance au sein du service Supply Chain du groupe H&H en septembre 2020. AprĂšs 1 an sur la marque Dodie, il travaillera lâannĂ©e suivante sur la marque Good GoĂ»t ; entre accessoires de puĂ©riculture et alimentation infantile, Charles a eu un parcours toujours ouvert sur diffĂ©rentes industries. AprĂšs ces deux annĂ©es, il poursuit son aventure en tant que Supply Planner sur lâensemble des marques du portefeuille H&H France.
Charles excelle en Excel (et en jeux de mots) !
Virginie a fait des Ă©tudes dâingĂ©nieur chimiste, et sâest trĂšs rapidement tournĂ©e vers la QualitĂ© et le RĂšglementaire. Elle a dĂ©butĂ© sa carriĂšre dans la grande distribution sur des produits dâhygiĂšne puis a dĂ©cidĂ© dâintĂ©grer une entreprise spĂ©cialisĂ©e dans les produits dâĂ©criture. Ayant envie de travailler dans une entreprise avec des engagements RSE forts, elle a rejoint le groupe H&H en mai 2020. Elle sâoccupe dĂ©sormais de garantir la conformitĂ© rĂšglementaire et dâassurer le suivi qualitĂ© des produits cosmĂ©tiques et de puĂ©riculture de la marque Dodie. Elle a Ă cĆur de travailler sur lâĂ©co-conception des produits avec lâĂ©quipe DĂ©veloppement.
Pour ĂȘtre efficace au travail, il faut savoir se dĂ©penser ! En 2022, Virginie sâĂ©tait donc inscrite au semi-marathon de Paris avec plusieurs collĂšgues. Ensemble, ils se sont entraĂźnĂ©s dur afin de se surpasser durant le semi !
