The Growth Marketing manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing marketing strategies and ensuring the successful go-to-market (GTM) execution for our Point of Sales (PoS).
In this role, the manager will play a pivotal role in building from scratch marketing operations. It is about testing, building and executing the playbook !
Short-term objectives include :
Define and execute the GtM strategy for the #1 PoS
Maximize revenue generation, optimize CAC and meet our visitors targets
Develop scalable tools and processes for future launches
Responsabilities
GtM strategy
Design and implement GtM plans to ensure effective market entry
Act as the central coordinator between all stakeholders
Identify and on-board the best partners (e.g.: PR) and recruit necessary ressources
Ensure launch deadlines are met with quality deliverable
Sales & Marketing
Lead our marketing campaigns (on/off-line) to drive awareness and conversions
Identifity, test and optimize the best acquisition channels (SEA, SMA, affiliates, B2B etc.)
Collaborate with creative teams to produce content
Develop competitive pricing strategies to enhance profitability
Implement the ticketing, CRM and customer support solutions
Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines
Performance tracking & scalability
Develop dashboards to track KPIs (ROI, CPS etc.)
Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities
Align budgets with priorities for optimal ROI
Evaluate and introduce tools to increase efficiency (AI etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience including (list non exhaustive) :
Top Management / Strategy Consulting firms (consultant/ senior consultant)
Business Operations in a fast-growing start-up/ scale-up (manager)
Previous positions in growth, sales, marketing or revenue management roles
Languages: Fluent in English & French

Location : based in Madrid (Spain 🇪🇸) (potential hybrid work arrangement)
