As the Global Manufacturing Digital Transformation Leader, you will spearhead the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations worldwide. This strategic role will drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 principles to optimize our production processes, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation across our global digital factories. You will be the champion of digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and sustainability while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Main Missions:

  • Digital Factory Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap tailored to manufacturing needs.
  • Implementation and Integration: Oversee the deployment of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital transformation specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while building networks with local stakeholders to identify, share and implement best practices and standardized processes…
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Operations, and other departments to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

Job requirements:

  • A master or bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies such as IoT, AI, big data analytics, and automation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex digital concepts to diverse audiences.
