We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Director (m/f/d), to develop a global talent acquisition strategy at group level, enriching our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with appropriate initiatives. You will also define the future operating model and global organisation to improve our recruitment performance and candidate experience. 

The ideal candidate has a relevant recruitment experience in an international environment, a deep understanding of the latest recruiting trends and technologies and has the ability to build strong internal and external network. In order to succeed in this role, you have as well a significant experience in employer branding, e-recruitment and sourcing. In this role you will report to the Global Talent & Culture Senior Director.

The position is open for a permanent contract, the location can be in France (Obernai or Paris) or Germany (Blieskastel or Karlsruhe).

Missions

  • Develop a global Talent Acquisition strategy to support the future growth of Hager Group
  • Define an operating model at group level to improve recruitment excellence and optimize processes, tools and practices, in order to reach our ambition
  • Strengthen our employer brand to attract the best profiles and build a strong digital marketing strategy
  • Improve candidate experience with an end to end approach
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through networks and active sourcing strategy
  • Accountable for Talent Acquisition performance, process excellence, following market technology trends and innovations.
  • Develop recruitment capabilities of Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Act as adviser for executive search
  • Promote and foster internal mobilities across Hager Group
  • Manage and develop the international Talent Acquisition team
