As a Strategy Analyst  you will report to the Strategy Senior Director in the Srategy department based in Paris, Obernai or Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Contribute to business analysis and well as the definition of our strategy and ambition by driving market and performance analysis, develop our capability to anticipate markets moves, putting in place new models and tools
• Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify macro trends, patterns and insights relevant to our strategic objectives;
• Contribute and / or orchestrate comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscape and emerging trends
• Develop and update models to evaluate market trends, leveraging relevant leading KPI, and support Group leadership in decision-making
• Work closely with the Strategy leaders of the department, as well as the various departments, including marketing, sales and finance to support the business, as well as strategic deep-dives and activities

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and contribute to the development of new strategic frameworks (ex. AI)

• Contribute to prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight key findings and strategic recommendations to the Group’s governance

These missions will lead you to develop a holistic perspective on the Group's activities (core businesses and adjacencies - including electric mobility, energy management, or digital - across all geographies of the Group). 

Profile description:

What about you?

• Graduated from a business and/or engineering school, you have a minimum of 5 to 10 years Marketing & Sales experience in our industry, as well as strong analytics capabilities
• You are fluent in English
• Self driven, you are rigorous and curious, with the ability to assimilate and develop the strategic issues of a company through key questions, relevant analyses, and concise, impactful answers
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with advanced analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Mekko Graphics) as well as advanced modulization methods and tools is required. First experience in the design of modulization tools I a strong plus
• Your communication skills, commitment, adaptability, and curiosity will be assets for success
