As an Advertising Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in the growth of Happydemics. You will be responsible for analyzing the advertising performance of our clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of Happydemics’ expertise, showcase their performance to their advertising clients, and understand their strengths and optimization areas. You will rely on the wealth of our proprietary data, derived from our benchmark of over 4,000 Brand Lifts conducted.
You will be a primary contact for our clients, and your listening skills will be invaluable in understanding their needs. You will also have the opportunity to expand the range of analyses we offer them.
Analyzing and interpreting advertising campaign performance:
Use Happydemics KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns for our Adtech/Agency and media clients.
Conduct analyses to meet the needs of our clients.
Present results during dedicated sessions.
Ensuring high-quality client relationships:
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients, offering advice on optimizing their advertising campaigns.
Ensure a clear understanding of the Happydemics methodology.
Collaborating with internal teams:
Work closely with all Happydemics teams to enhance our product and data offerings.
Identify growth opportunities and develop revenue related to client analyses.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in the advertising field (Adtech, advertising agencies, media agencies, and advertisers).
Proven skills in using performance indicators to track and optimize advertising campaign results.
Skills and Qualities:
Strong analytical and pedagogical abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and align client needs with Happydemics solutions.
Ability to develop good working relationships with other internal teams, demonstrating a strong team spirit.
Proficiency in a BI tool such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is essential.
