The position

Job description

As a Product Manager at Happydemics, you will be a key player in launching and leading our new “Broadcastingˮ squad. Your primary mission will be to set up and manage API connections with our partner DSPs to automate brand lift studies, as well as to monitor and optimize the quality and cost of our broadcasting operations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Trading, Tech, and Design, to think, specify, and launch innovative features that align with our companyʼs goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap and Vision: Co-create the product roadmap with the product team and contribute to its evolution. Clearly communicate the product vision across all teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Integration and Optimization: Lead efforts to set up and manage API connections with our partner DSPs to automate brand lift studies. Monitor and optimize the quality and cost of our broadcasting operations to ensure efficient and effective ad delivery, contributing to the scalability and profitability of our trading team.

Feature Development: Define new features in collaboration with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to meet both internal and market needs.
Develop solutions that support the growth and efficiency of the trading team, enhancing their ability to execute with greater scalability and margin. Clearly articulate feature requirements and ensure they align with the broader product strategy.

Agile Project Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, break down epics into actionable user stories, and work closely with technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Lead agile ceremonies including planning poker, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product roadshows to keep the team aligned and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes.


Preferred experience

  • 3years of experience in an agile environment, ideally within a SaaS company
    (ideally in AdTech), with a proven track record as a Product Manager.

  • Proven experience working with API integrations, including the ability to set
    up, monitor, and optimize these connections.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with proficiency in tools like
    Jira, Notion, Figma, … to support agile project management and collaboration.

  • Knowledge of SQL or experience using data tools like Metabase.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize user needs, and
    propose innovative solutions that drive value.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability
    to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Video call with Audrey (HR Manager) – 30 minutes.

  2. First interview with Paul (Head of Product) – 30 minutes

  3. Case study preparation

  4. Final interview with Jérôme (CPO) and Paul (Head of Product) – 1 hour to present the case study, followed by a Q&A session to assess the candidate’s approach, problem-solving abilities, and cultural/team fit.
