- Identifying andcoordinating organizations, consultancies and other entities in our ecosystemwith a view to obtaining leads and sales support for the A segment.

- Coaching on A-segment deals handled directly bycountries or partner

- Increasing the skills of Sales Managers: training,action plans to improve job control, etc.
- Defining the sales strategies to be implemented toachieve the objectives set (e.g. implementing an ecosystem creation logic,prospecting in target markets, alignment with marketing, etc.)
- Validation of sales proposals (Global Sales Directorretains validation of the project part)
- Participating in customer negotiations in support ofthe Sales Managers where necessary
