Mission & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Coordination:
Network Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of the Havas Play offer globally, ensuring alignment across all local markets.
Standardize Operations: Implement consistent processes, branding, and operational practices across the network.
Strategic Growth: Craft and execute strategies to expand Havas Play’s global footprint and enhance its service offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Challenge and inspire local leaders to adopt best practices, align with global goals, and deliver impactful results.
Knowledge Sharing: Act as the key facilitator for Havas Play knowledge sharing and best practices across the network.
Product and Pipeline Management:
Offer Development: Lead the creation of innovative products and tools tailored to client needs (e.g., local tool implementation, tech stack updates).
Pipeline Management: Monitor and support global and local business pipelines, holding one-on-one discussions with local markets to address challenges and unlock opportunities.
Global Product Initiatives: Build and scale Havas Play’s global tech stack and methodologies, ensuring local teams are equipped with cutting-edge solutions.
Business Development and Client Engagement:
Pitches and Presentations: Lead high-stakes pitches for key global and local clients, showcasing Havas Play’s expertise with senior stakeholders.
Client Support: Provide strategic recommendations and guidance for global and local clients, driving business success.
Revenue Growth: Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value across the Havas network.
Collaboration and Training:
Leadership Meetings: Host regular meetings with local Havas Play leaders to align strategies, discuss updates, and foster collaboration.
Platform Adoption: Ensure consistent adoption of Havas Play Space across all markets to enhance knowledge sharing and resource alignment.
Team Development: Support the growth of local teams through mentorship, training, and strategic guidance.
Education & Language:
Industry Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in content, activation, social media (Special Operations), or sports/music agencies.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams, including senior-level stakeholders, across multiple markets.
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills in French are a plus.
