About Fleetch

Fleetch is a Franco-Angolan company whose mission is to offer vehicle rental to professional drivers. To ensure its healthy and fast growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our sales team at Fleetch. 

Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new cars for Fleetch by negotiating partnerships with car owners and investors. You will ensure long-term, profitable relationships while fostering Fleetch brand awareness and influence in the mobility market.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet and Car Acquisition Strategy: Manage and drive the growth of car and fleet acquisitions for Fleetch by developing relationships with car owners, investors, and potential partners.

Partnership Negotiations: Secure long-term commercial relationships with fleet owners and investors by selling Fleetch offer.

Upsell on the current car owner database. 

Business Development Leadership: Lead the commercial effort, ensuring that acquisition targets align with the business plan and Fleetch financial strategy.

Local Network Development: Build and strengthen relations with key third parties such as car distributors, garages, insurance companies, and other strategic partners to expand our operational capacity.

Team management: Recruit, supervise and manage the Fleetch commercial team in liaison with the GM and Regional CEO.

Brand Awareness and Influence: Actively promote Fleetch brand image and awareness in the mobility market, ensuring we become a recognized player within the industry.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business development and sales.

Proven ability to negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with fleet owners, investors, or industry stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing commercial teams.

Solid understanding of P&L management and business plan execution.

A well-established network within the automotive or mobility sectors is desirable.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Native Portuguese speaker, professional level of English.
