As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for a Innovation Engine Business Development Intern who will find corporate companies to join our Innovation Engine and sponsor our startup programs.

You will be part of the Startup Program & Innovation Engine team and we are looking for someone proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about deep tech and innovation.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain successful relationships with prospects, generate new sales to contribute to our growth, and maximize business reach and potential. You will support our Startup Program and Innovation Engine by expanding our network of corporate partners and sponsors.

More precisely, reporting to our Head of Startup Program & Innovation Engine you will: 

Lead Generation and Sales Cycle

  • Identify, research, and generate leads by leveraging all available resources, and qualify them before involving heads of business units if needed.

  • Use various tools and databases to gather and manage lead information, reaching out to relevant decision-makers within target companies.

Initial Contact and Relationship Building

  • Reach out to potential partners through email and social media, scheduling and participating in introductory meetings and calls.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and pitches for potential sponsors, and maintaining ongoing communication with potential and current partners.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Event Support and Cross-functional Communication

  • Assist in organizing and executing networking events and conferences, managing event logistics and follow-ups with participants.

Continuous Improvement and Resources

  • Utilize marketing content, CRM tools, and other resources provided to attract leads and improve sales performance tracking.

  • Support the Head of Startup Programs and Innovation Engine in measuring, analyzing, and presenting KPIs and key insights to enhance sales activity.

Your role is pivotal in driving our business growth, improving our sales processes, and expanding our network of corporate partners. With the resources and support provided, you will play a crucial part in achieving our strategic objectives and exceeding our targets.


Preferred experience

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

  • Experience in Business Development and 

  • A background in business, marketing, or a related field will help you to be successful in this job.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with potential business partners.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.

  • Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus. 

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

  • You are fluent in English. French is a plus

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • You are proactive and have a strong ability to work independently.

  • You are passionate about deep tech, innovation, and science and want to learn more about it.

  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble, and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the internship.

  • You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.

  • You are not available for a full-time internship from September 2024 to March 2025.

  • You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
