The position

Job description

Your role will be to support the consulting team involved in the implementation of our prominent European projects, as well as the international projects we conduct with institutions. These initiatives are an important part of our consulting development plan.

International projects

Hello Tomorrow coordinates and implements several international projects focusing on:

  • Supporting startups and scaleups in their growth and partnering strategy

  • Helping international institutions in deploying their deep tech strategy and developing their local ecosystem

Usually implemented together with external partners (under a consortium), these international projects complement existing Hello Tomorrow’s activities and mission.

After successfully completing assignments with several clients (European institutions, national governments, NGOs, etc.), we are looking for people to complement our international team.

More precisely, you will:

  • Support on the operations and implementation of international projects

  • Assist in the recruitment and communication with corporates, experts and startups

  • Coordinate the communication between consortium members

  • Provide support for the organization of networking events

  • Be implicated in other projects launched during the year

Internal activities

The consulting team is comprised of 18 people, spread across different expertise. However, we strive at developing a single culture and a strong team spirit. To that aim, we have developed several team buildings and internal activities, as well as trainings and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

More precisely, you will:

  • Support one of Hello Tomorrow’s internal task forces in interaction with other teams such as marketing – communications – HR – knowledge management – events, etc.

  • Potential startup evaluations for our annual competition based on your expertise

  • Participate in the development of RFPs and tenders for other international projects


Preferred experience

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

  • You are knowledgeable and have an interest about the EU and international innovation ecosystems

  • A background in international relations or business will help you to be successful in this job

  • Experience working in consulting, startups, incubation / acceleration or public institutions would be a plus

  • One previous experience on networking event organization would be a plus

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

  • You are fully fluent in English (French would be a plus) 

  • You have strong organizational skills and can work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude

  • You are proactive in identifying problems (and solving them) with your team

  • You are passionate about deep tech, innovation, science and want to learn more about it.

  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the internship.

  • You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.

  • You are not available for a full-time internship.

  • You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
