Job description

As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will ensure we attract, select, and onboard the right talents to build the future with us. 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

As our very first Talent Acquisition team member, you’ll work closely with our Head of People. We’re looking for someone collaborative, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and help build talented, diverse teams that align with Hello Tomorrow’s values and mission.

More precisely, you will:

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions and tailor recruitment strategies.

    • Source candidates through relevant channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to maximize visibility and reach.

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications, providing initial feedback and recommendations.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews.

    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring activities.

    • Onboard new hires with assistance from the Office Manager.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams

    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

    • Guide candidates through each recruitment stage, ensuring effective and timely communication.

  • Innovate & stay ahead

    • Stay up to date on recruitment best practices and market trends to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

    • Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract top talent.

  • Expand your expertise

    • Work on different projects in the People team to expand skills in transversal topics, such as Culture, Operational Efficiency, or Learning & Development.

Preferred experience

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (including internships).

  • A background in HR, Business Administration or related area will help you to be successful in this job.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully hiring for different roles in multicultural environments.

  • Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus. 

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

  • You are bilingual in French AND English.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at different levels.

  • You are extremely organized, structured and able to prioritize projects.

  • You are proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.

  • You are passionate about putting people at the center of any process.

  • You might not know the deep tech ecosystem, but you are eager to learn more about it.

  • You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the contract.

  • You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
