YOUR ROLE

  • Manage product portfolio along technology and SBU requirements (analyse value, risks, complexity, strengths & weaknesses and cost structure of portfolio)
  • Identify and drive COGs activities in line with SBU targets.
  • Challenge the total supply chain costs along a technology portfolio in cooperation with AO on reduction programs.
  • Analyse and monitor the financial performance of the product line.
  • Be responsible for a compliant and effective product life cycle management by leading artwork change processes related to local or regional legislation changes, including synchronisation with SBU teams, coordination of involved stakeholders (PSRA/PD/AO), capacity planning etc.
  • Support commercialisation of marketing initiatives by leading IDH creation by gathering input from global / local marketing, artwork localisation by steering information collection & approval process through coordination with marketing/AO/SSC.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PTM relevant concepts, processes and tools.
  • Lead and support in projects to optimise processes and harmonise tasks to increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency.


Preferred experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience in portfolio and project management, preferably in FMCG
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong-communicator
  • Fluent in English and French
  • BSc minimum in Business, Chemical, or Engineering
  • Able to solve complex problems
