The position

Job description

  • Improve the quality of customer data and work with the retail team to ensure best practice in data collection;
  • Devise CRM action plans based on data to improve client recruitment, retention and development;
  • Generate monthly reports per boutique centred on client metrics and KPI compliance;
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to recommend specific actions;
  • Coordinate the implementation of action plans based on performance analysis;
  • Organizing interdepartmental projects;
  • Assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team in achieving the best commercial results, covering training and observation;
  • Support E-Commerce to identify customers and patterns to drive better strategies.

 

Requirements & Capabilities:

  • Bechelor's Degree or above;
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in producing high-level client analysis is a must;
  • Great capacity of leading and organizing multiple projects with great attention to detail;
  • Strong business thinking and sensitivity to new trends in the market;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skill, effective and persuasive;
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and/or IBM Cognos);
  • Desirable knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
