The position

Job description

OVERALL MISSION:

He / She works with the operation manager to schedule, monitor, and track the project including the local office and boutique end respectively. The key role is to support the operation team to align with the corporate operational vision and be responsible for operational compliance. Besides, involving in coming new programs and assisting in initiating and developing the procedure to ensure the team is on the same page. The crucial capability is to support the operation manager in researching or developing local solutions based on the unique local ecosystem. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support Store Operation: 
  • Closely work with store management and OP team to standardize and support store operation efficiency. 
  • Improve store operational procedure and workflow, making proposals, facilitating communication and monitoring implementation. 
  • Store visit for process review or new projects. 
  1. New store operation preparation and coordination:
  • Monitor and timely follow up project progress.
  • Assist pre-opening preparation. 
  • Manpower and cross departments coordination. 
  • New store opening on-site coordination.
  • Constantly improve and formalize opening preparation flow and structure. 
  1. Store stock management and organization 
  • Analyze data and assist in preparing reports on development projects and current business.
  • Support the planning and processing of store replenishment.
  • Ensure smooth flow of goods between store and muti warehouses.
  • Store capacity calculation and analysis. 
  • Organizing the layout of the warehouse.
  • Implement efficient inventory management in stores.
  1. Process & tool
  • Support stores to familiar with all the digital tools.
  • Train the store personnel in becoming familiar with the correct operational and procedures.
  • Assisting the store to meet retail compliance requirements.
  1. Store event & animation support
  • Liaise with internal departments for coordination and execution of the novelties launches or event arrangements.
  • Align with store in advance to coordinate store needs and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. 
  1. Project management
  • Be able to facilitate and support assigned projects in terms of content and timeline management. 
  • Project planning and execution. 

REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES:

  • University degree or above. 
  • At least 3 years of well-traced working experience in the retail operation field. With planning/merchandising experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability with operational data insight.
  • Excellent ability to quickly identify problems & recommend solutions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to support identifying the risks and potential issues to stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes.
  • Self-driven, can work under pressure.
  • Multitasking Skills.
  • Fluent in English in written and verbal. French is a plus.
  • Good office software application. (Office 365, SAP, Concur).
