Roland is the CEO of Hero and a serial entrepreneur. Having lived in Malaysia, Central Africa, Tunisia, Brazil, Portugal, and Spain, he brings a global perspective to his entrepreneurial vision.
After scaling multiple ventures, he realized that cash flow is the lifeblood of any business—and so Hero was born. Founded in late 2021, Hero’s mission is clear : to be the go-to financial partner for Europe’s digital SMEs.
A passionate innovator, Roland turns challenges into opportunities, inspiring his team to push boundaries and achieve common goals. Speaking of pushing boundaries, he explores his passions for quantum physics, aviation, and tech. Whether piloting Hero to new heights or flying a plane, Roland knows how to chart the right course, making him the perfect co-pilot—whether in business or on a global adventure.
Arnaud is the Head of Sales at Hero. He gained valuable experience in a startup that became a unicorn, where he held various roles such as SDR, AE, and SDR & AE manager. After five years of learning, he decided to take on a new challenge and build a sales team from scratch.
His days are divided between coaching the eight salespeople he manages, anticipating the team's needs to achieve Hero's objectives (such as recruitment, processes, and sales efficiency), and analyzing and reporting to the CEO. With the launch of the Spanish market and the upcoming German market, an international dimension has been added to his responsibilities.

Anne-Béatrice is the People Manager. Before joining Hero, she gained extensive experience in Talent Acquisition at a fast-growing start-up.
She came to Hero to build and structure our HR department while recruiting an A-player team. More broadly, she oversees the entire HR scope with unwavering commitment.
A passionate sports enthusiast and a dedicated athlete - as you read these lines, she is probably attending a fitness class at Episod or Barry’s Bootcamp. Her contagious energy helps foster a dynamic and inclusive company culture.
Aure is an Account Executive at Hero. Initially she worked in the luxury hospitality industry and then decided to join the startup nation as a Sales to enhance her impact on customers and their business.
After a successful experience in the B2B industry, Aure wanted to join a fast growing start-up. Aure's position as a "full stack" sales person. She is capable of handling all steps of the sales cycle, including lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closing.
But Aure has more than one string to her bow: she is a great globetrotter ! After having lived in more than 4 different countries, she is multilingual and now speaks fluently English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Baptiste is the Head of Compliance at Hero. A recognized expert in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, he joined Hero after leading the compliance departments of successful fintechs.
He currently leads Hero's compliance efforts, ensuring the company meets the highest standards of regulatory adherence and risk management.
As a LinkedIn Top Voice, Baptiste can easily help you understand even the most complex money laundering techniques.. His passion for compliance plays a key role in reinforcing Hero's reputation as a responsible and ethical company.
Adam is the new Head of Engineering at Hero. After several roles as a Full-Stack Developer and Tech Lead, he joined Hero in its early days, bringing his expertise to help shape the company’s tech vision.
Starting as a Full-Stack Developer, Adam evolved into Hero's Tech Lead and now Head of Engineering, where he now guides and manages the development team in executing ambitious and complex technical projects. His leadership ensures that the team stays on track while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
A semi-professional League Of Legends tournament participant and Chess Master, Adam leverages his hobbies to fuel his creativity and sharpen his problem-solving skills. His technical know-how, combined with his drive for innovation, plays a key role in pushing Hero's growth and shaping the tech evolution.
Emmanuel is a Senior Product Manager at Hero. With extensive experience from various companies, he joined Hero to bring his expertise and insight to our Product Team.
As a Product Manager, Emmanuel works closely with developers to design, refine, and enhance our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
A basketball passionate, Emmanuel brings his A-game to work every day—whether it's on the court or in the office. His competitive spirit and teamwork skills help him rally the troops, turning collaboration into results. Always thinking outside the box, he’s dedicated to making sure our products don't just meet expectations—they slam dunk them.
