We’re seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer.

As a founding engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and especially on the end-user experience.

You’ll join Tandem at a pivotal moment, in the transformation of an already great but isolated widget into a deep and advanced platform - with an admin interface, analytics, data connectors, etc.

You’ll shape both the user interface and the underlying systems of our solutions, enhancing user engagement and significantly contributing to their success with our platform.

Responsabilities

• Design and develop the whole platform that will surround the existing widget (admin interface, analytics, data connectors,…)

• Continue designing and developing the user-facing widget to make it the undisputed best assistant on the market

• Contribute driving the technical direction, setting high standards

• Experiment with new ideas, concepts and technologies

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers for roadmap planning and product design

• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, ideally in a start-up or scale-up

• Expertise with Node.js and React

• Strong product sense and interest in UI/UX (you don’t wait for a product designer to do the entire work for you)

• Entrepreneurial and builder spirit: you don’t just want to execute over specs, you like to be directly involved in conversations about strategy and roadmap and to take part in critical decisions. Bonus point if you’re an ex-founder!

• Hacker-spirit and doer mindset: we like to experiment, iterate fast, play with new technologies and tools. We’re working on something that has never been done before!

• Passion for the AI field - you use AI tools everytime and everywhere
