The position

Job description

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our application. Your expertise will bridge the gap between front-end and server-side infrastructure using technologies like ReactJS/TypeScript for front-end, Node.jsfor the back-end. Other technologies are also part of the game such as Docker, PostgreSQL and much more. Our system is designed in micro-services in a mono-repo architecture, ensuring a great developer experience with an high scalability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engineering robust front-end and back-end solutions for our platforms

  • Ensuring our codebase is scalable, maintainable, and secure

  • Designing and optimizing the overall architecture of our applications

  • Collaborating closely with the product team to enhance user experience

  • Working with the other developers hand in hand to always improve the product and the code base

  • and contribute your own experience to the project 💪


Preferred experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in Development

  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJs

  • A strong passion for AI ecosystem and developing high quality applications with modern technologies

  • Independent and proactive, yet thrives in a collaborative team environment. We love people that can bring their own experience to propose improvements

Recruitment process

⚡ We value your time as much as ours, so we keep our process swift and engaging:

  1. Initial call with HR team (30 min)

  2. A quick call with the CTO to introduce you to our team and mission and to make sure we meet your expectations (30 min)

  3. A more deep interview with the CTO to delve into your background, your skills and expertises (1h30)

  4. A casual meet-up with the CEO and Mat Partner @eFounder to finalize the fit and introduce you to the team environment

  5. Reference calls
