The position

Job description

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails from HomeExchange members.

  • Assist members in finding their ideal exchange, ensuring they have the best possible vacation experience.

  • Support them in case of difficulties, such as cancellations or damages during an exchange, in coordination with HomeExchange’s support teams.


Preferred experience

  • We are looking for a bilingual Italian speaker.

  • Proficiency in English is essential.

  • A good knowledge of at least one of the following languages is a plus: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Dutch.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interest in leisure, travel, and hospitality industries.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.

  • Team spirit and a positive attitude.

  • Experience in customer relations.
