Horace is looking for a Sales advisor for our store in London. We’re seeking a quick thinker who can find solutions to create a unique experience. You’ll manage the space, stock, and administrative tasks to create the best possible experience.

Responsibilities**
As a true ambassador for Horace, your role will be to work collaboratively with the team to improve performance (KPI) and develop the culture.

Your tasks will include:

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and act as the first point of contact with the brand.

- Create a special atmosphere and engage with customers.

- Share the story of Horace and act as a brand expert.

- Share your product knowledge as well as your personal experiences.

- Help customers choose the right products for them.

- Guide customers in the store and always anticipate their needs.

Performance

- Participate in tracking activity while respecting our KPIs (sales revenue, sales index, average basket size, conversion rate).

Maintenance

- Keep the store clean and ensure sufficient inventory.

- Communicate maintenance needs to the office team.

- Manage stock of supplies and other items needed by the team.


Preferred experience

- You have at least 2 years of experience in retail in any sector.

- You love creating an unforgettable experience for customers and understand the importance of details.

- You can take a step back and always find solutions, especially around customer experience.

- You roll up your sleeves and get to work when necessary.

- You are flexible with your schedule, available in the evenings and on weekends.


Recruitment process

- An interview with the Store Manager to discuss the position and answer your questions
