Summary Description:

The CRM/Salesforce Developer for Corporate Solutions at B&B Hotels will play a critical role in enhancing our Salesforce CRM platform to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate sales teams. This role will focus on developing CRM capabilities that enable the sales team to better forecast, target, and manage pipelines, as well as streamline contract negotiations, contracting processes, and renewals management. By optimizing our CRM tools, this role will contribute to the growth of our corporate client base and maximize revenue generation per client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Development and Customization

    • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce to support corporate sales goals, ensuring scalability and functionality for a growing client base.

    • Customize Salesforce features to enhance capabilities in sales forecasting, targeting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and renewals management.

  2. Sales Enablement through CRM

    • Develop tools and modules that increase the efficiency of sales processes, including automating tasks and improving data accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.

    • Support the sales team by implementing solutions that enable seamless management of client interactions, contracts, and renewals.

  3. Pipeline Management and Forecasting Tools

    • Build and refine tools within Salesforce that support accurate sales forecasting and pipeline creation, providing visibility and insights to sales leadership.

    • Create reporting and dashboard solutions to help the sales team track progress toward targets, optimize sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

  4. Contracting and Renewals Process Optimization

    • Develop CRM workflows that simplify contract negotiation and management, ensuring a smooth and efficient contracting process for new clients and renewals.

    • Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to establish seamless processes within Salesforce for contract execution and document management.

  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication

    • Work closely with the Group Loyalty and Corporate lead and other stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with broader corporate goals and sales team needs.

    • Act as a technical consultant for the sales team, providing support, training, and troubleshooting as needed to ensure optimal CRM usage.

    • Collaborate with enterprise Architecture, Sales, Business Intelligence, and application development (Technology) regularly.

  6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation

    • Stay informed of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices, integrating new functionalities that drive productivity and support client acquisition and retention.

    • Conduct regular reviews of CRM processes and solutions, identifying and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and usability.


Preferred experience

  • Experience and Background

    • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on CRM solutions for sales teams, ideally in the hospitality, corporate services, or travel industry.

    • Proven expertise in customizing Salesforce modules and developing tools for sales pipeline management, forecasting, and contract management.

  • Skills and Competencies

    • Proficient in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Knowledge of the key concepts and technologies involved in CRM development, such as database design, data mining, and web application development.

    • Understanding of object-oriented patters and principles 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing and delivering CRM development projects on time and within scope.

  • Collaboration and Communication Skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.

    • Ability to provide technical support and training to non-technical users to promote CRM adoption and usage.

  • Education and Certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred.

    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages, especially French, is advantageous.
