What we’re looking for:
✅ You have some experience in customer support (and a good knack for problem-solving).
✅ Fluent in English, with solid French skills (you can switch between languages as easily as you switch between coffee and tea).
✅ Empathy is your superpower, and problem-solving is your jam.
✅ You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving startup team.
Your Experience
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS.
3 - Hiring Process in 4 Steps:
1 - 1st video call (30 min) with our Head of Product & CS Manager to get to know each other.
2 - A practical exercise to show us your customer management skills and relational ease… ;)
3 - 2nd video call to debrief the practical exercise with the 2 Co-Founders and the Head of Sales (Romain).
