Your mission We are looking for a Customers Service Leader for Germany and France. Reporting to Soraya, as part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a great relationship with our customers and partners! You are responsible for the retention of our customers and partners. The success of this mission is crucial for Humasana.
Your responsibilities include
Customer service: address customer inquiries/complaints via email, phone and chat.
Advise: advise customers by email, phone and chat.
Anticipate: follow the orders on a daily basis, identify potential problems and find the best solutions.
Create new processes: find solutions to your partners’/customers’ blocking points and suggest your ideas to improve internal procedures.
Partner relations: address partner requests (laboratories, brands, etc.).
Be a chameleon: depending on the type of customer/partner, you listen, adapt and explain calmly.
Reporting: report weekly on your activity to your manager
We are looking for an teammate who is passionate about human relations, who communicates with great ease and who is extremely optimistic!
Graduate from a business school or university (minimum 2 years of higher education).
Fluency in writing and speaking German
Thoroughness and great organizational skills.
