The position

Job description

To support the growth of our activities, we are strengthening our accounting team based in Paris and Brussels.

What will be your missions?

Your main mission will be as follows:

  • Verification and entry of invoices and expense reports;
  • Preparation of supplier payments;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Preparation of the monthly French payroll journals;
  • Participation in periodic accounting closings;
  • Completing the Year-End audit for France, and participation for all other branches;
  • One-off financial analysis;
  • Contribution to the drafting and updating of accounting and administrative procedures;
  • Support for projects related to the evolution of our internal tool;
  • Participation in the preparation of VAT returns;
  • Participation in the consolidation of subsidiaries.

What will you need?

  • You have a university / bachelor degree in accounting or corporate finance,
  • You are familiar with the BEGAAP and essentially FRGAAP standards,
  • Experience in French VAT,
  • A first experience in a similar position is a plus,
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite - especially Excel,
  • You are fluent in English and French,
  • You are organized, precise and rigorous,
  • You are a real "team player".
