The position

Job description

So, what will do a Head Product’s team?

·   Product Discovery: You will run user interviews (w/ sales, analysts, and customers), deploy user behavior analytics and competitive benchmarking to build product roadmaps that everyone loves.

·   Product innovation : In charge of innovation, you will explore newideas and product concepts, fostering a culture of innovation within the teams. You will assess the technical and commercial feasibility of new ideas and guide their development through the market launch

·   Internal Product Management: You will ensure the scalability of the IDL data analysis process, to enhance analysts productivity and Q&A capabilities by creating tools (e.g. APIs, Excel Plugins, Automation tools, since documentation, open source libraries)

·   Product Quality: Setup and report on KPI about quality (support, bug, Product Specialist & Partnership: You will leverage your product knowledge & design skills to help sales forge strategic and mutually beneficial relationships to enter new markets, increase our resources, and enhance our credibility

·   Product Team: You will support the founders in hiring, training, and managing a world-class product team (Ui/Ux Design, Q&A, PMs, Product Specialists) able to build bridges between sales & development teams. As a leader, you will direct the product management team, fostering a collaborative working environment. You will also facilitate communication between different teams to ensure a common understanding of product objectives and priorities.

·   Product Roadmap: You will create roadmaps that help our teams prioritize the right features to balance acquisition, retention, and monetization objectives with our ability to build and improve the features.

·   Product Culture/Ops: You will help build and transmit user-centric values, culture, and processes that people trust based on documentation, onboarding features, analytics, and deep customer insights. Along the way, you will leverage your knowledge about our analyst, ESG and finance persona to empower all people to think “customer first” at all product stages.

·   Product Management: You will work with product owners to ensure development teams have the right level of specs, designs & customer insights, to build features that people will love. You will ensure that product developed correspond to the company’s strategic objectives in terms of growth, profitability and market positioning.

Preferred experience

1.    Managerial Skillset: managing a team of polyvalent people, combining operational skills and a knack to understand technical issues (data science, environmental modelling, etc.)

2.    Leadership: finding the right balance between diplomacy and authority to “make-things-done”, coordinate different teams, manage conflicting priorities, identify blocking points

3.    Client-oriented: ensure that the company is aligned behind serving our clients’ needs

4.    Innovation and creativity mindset

5.    Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration in the Product team and between teams

6.    The candidate should have a relevant experience in managing project and people (>10y), dealing with international profiles with demanding clients (Financial Institutions)
