Started with the startup studio Imagination Machine (founded by the serial entrepreneur & product designer Rob Spiro, also founder of GoodEggs & Google Hangout) and entrepreneurs : Tanguy, Sarah, Henri, Thibaud, the project Prolong comes through.

💫 Mission is set: we want to make with Prolong the new “standard” to extend the lifetime of products & materials in circulation. Our project will foster sustainable consumption and improve production patterns while reducing waste, material consumption and emissions.

✅ With highly promising first results, we are now searching a talented co-founder right-hand interne to join a high potential startup focusing on Care & Repair.

🏔 Your role? As the right-hand of Prolong’s OPS & Data co-founder, you will support him in our relations with B2B clients and repair workshops in their integration and handling of our SaaS platform: it’s a strategic role within Prolong, and there is a lot to learn and to do !

Your daily work

Missions :

• [Integration & roll-out] Support OPS co-founder in new clients integration & deployment:

  • Integration

    • Support in organizing client rituals and animating dedicated exchanges

    • Map existing user journey for main Prolong personae

    • Follow-up actions and relaunch when needed to ensure deadlines are met

    • Prequalify, onboard and validate the brand’s existing repair network. When needed, trigger dedicated sourcing actions

• Deployment

  • Support coordination and change management with main personae

  • Follow-up recently integrated repair workshops

• [Run & Advise] Help ensure optimal usage of Prolong solution by clients

  • Follow clients’ key KPIs on usage, quality of service and satisfaction

  • Help prepare Business Reviews, build insights and suggest optimizations to increase Care & Repair volume

• [Repair workshop Network] Build and animate the network of Prolong repair workshops

  • Help to source, prequalify continuously Regional workshop to build an international coverage

  • Onboard repair workshops validated by each client

  • Contribute to build Prolong Sourcing Tool and coordinate dedicated communication actions to source local repair workshops

  • Help animate and retain the community of repair workshops

Deliverables

• Support OPS cofounder in the integration, deployment of new clients and satisfaction of existing clients

• Help to ensure the optimal usage of Prolong solution on client sides

• Build data-driven insights by exploring data in a Self Service BI tool

• Ensure sourcing, qualification and onboarding of validated repair workshops

• Collect and consolidate on-field feedbacks for the product to optimize our product

• Give feedbacks to help improve continuously existing process, tools and knowledge to optimize Prolong’s your operations

• You have acquired proactivity & autonomy in previous intern positions

• You have a good organizational and project management skills

• You enjoy being hands-on and are a problem solver

• You are curious in learning how to play simply with data or with no code tools (experience is a plus)

• You speak French and English, and another european language is a plus

• You have an previous intern experience in a startup
