The position

Job description

Responsibilities

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying our solutions in customers’ factories and ensuring their satisfaction. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with clients, necessitating frequent travel to customer sites

  • Managing customer demonstrations, client projects and technological developments

  • Overseeing the on-site installation of products and training customer teams

  • Deploying and monitoring production systems

  • Diagnosing, investigating, and addressing customer feedback regarding the use of Inbolt products

Required Skills

  • Complete fluency in English; French or Spanish is a bonus

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (valid passeport is needed)

  • Advanced programming skills in Python

  • Strong project management capabilities and hands-on understanding of robotics/computer vision

  • Commitment to maintaining high code quality and stability

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Background in new technologies, deep-tech, and manufacturing

  • Robot programming experience (FANUC, ABB, UR, etc.)

Additional Plus

  • CAD modelling

  • 3D printing
