About the role 

At INCO Academy, we are committed to bridging the digital skills gap and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to obtain roles within the tech industry. 

We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual to join INCO Academy as Partnerships and Placement Expert. The primary role of the Partnerships and Placement Expert will be to grow and nurture a network of employer partners to secure work opportunities for our program graduates. You will be at the very heart of INCO Academy’s mission to create opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. 

Through this role you will work closely with the different teams of Program Managers who directly implement the training programs in different countries as well as senior management on a strategy level. You will also be joining a fast-growing team of international impact-oriented professionals who carry out INCO Academy’s mission.

The role can be located in London, Paris, Berlin, Warsaw or Milan with potential for domestic and regional travels.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships development and business development;

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail;

• Adaptability and ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to smaller organizations;

• In-depth understanding of the employment landscape;

• Fluency in English.

We are looking for a candidate available immediately and we offer a 1 year contract.
