At Indeez, our telework policy is designed to provide employees with a high degree of flexibility in managing their work schedules. Our approach includes a balance of in-office and telework days, with a standard arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days teleworking each week. Additionally, we offer a reserve of 15 telework days per year, which can be utilized as needed to accommodate unique circumstances.

This tranquil and focused work environment is ideal for a productive day at the office. Furthermore, the space offers a wealth of amenities, including multiple meeting rooms, a coffee and snack bar, a fully-equipped gym, convenient locker rooms, a dedicated bicycle storage area, various comfortable lounges, and a welcoming ground floor that opens onto a charming inner courtyard, perfect for casual meetings, sunlit lunches, or team breaks.
