Inovexus is an acceleration-fund based in Paris, focused on empowering early-stage ventures to scale and thrive. We work closely with B2B innovative startups, experienced mentors, and strategic investors to provide a high-impact financial backing & acceleration program. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and organized Program Manager to support our acceleration activities and help deliver a seamless experience for our founders and partners.
The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive and can include other related tasks.
The Role:
As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the Inovexus accelerator program. Reporting to the Director of the Accelerator, you will assist in running our core activities, including mentor matching, organizing workshops, and supporting our founders throughout their journey in the program. This position requires someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for startups.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Assist in planning, executing, and managing the accelerator program timeline and activities.
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for all program events, workshops, and mentor meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for our startups, providing support and ensuring a positive program experience.
Coordination & management of tools
Mentor Matching & Relationship Management:
Manage the mentor matching process, aligning the right mentors with startups based on their needs and industry expertise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of mentors and partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor feedback from mentoring sessions and facilitate follow-up actions as needed.
Workshop & Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate high-quality workshops, fireside chats, and networking events.
Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and industry experts to curate valuable content for our founders.
Ensure seamless execution of both virtual and in-person events, handling logistics and technical support.
Founder Support:
Serve as a trusted advisor for the startups, helping them navigate the program and connecting them with the right resources.
Provide operational and strategic support to founders, assisting them with specific needs and challenges.
Track progress and gather feedback to continually improve the program experience.
Who You Are:
Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally within a startup, venture capital fund, or accelerator/incubator environment.
Skills:
Bilingual (French and English) with strong communication skills in both languages.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Mindset:
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the startup ecosystem and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by early-stage ventures.
High level of adaptability and a willingness to take initiative.
