As a Sales Manager - Software Products, you will be responsible for the successful launch of one of InstaDeep cutting edge products in the EDA sector (Printed Circuit Boards), achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the product sales. You will develop and execute sales strategies, establish and maintain client relationships

This is a pure sales position, focused on promoting and selling the Company’s software solutions. While prior AI experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in software sales in B to B and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, and a proven experience in the EDA sector.

This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of a cutting-edge product
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to get perfect understanding of product features, value proposition and have inputs on shaping the roadmap.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets for the Company Software product..
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product features, and market trends to effectively position the Company products and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Aichor products and generate leads.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management of at least 10 years, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, in the BtoB technology/software industry in the EDA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.
