Monitoring of account health and utilisation:
Build a reporting base to analyse utilisation and onboarding data – you’re the data rockstar!
Monitor client engagement, onboarding, and utilisation to assess account health.
Prepare client communication that boosts productivity.
Make outbound calls to clients, turning inquiries into a chat session about client engagement reports.
Interact directly with customers during live call sessions to mitigate risks.
Proactively engage with clients to ensure good implementation and engagement.
Be the face of International SOS for any client inquiries or complaints.
Identify upsell opportunities to clients and refer them to the field sales reps.
Background in a service industry.
Familiarity with sales renewal processes and effective process management.
Strong analytical skills to drive utilisation and identify risks and apply the required measures.
Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
Comfortable in an international, multi-cultural environment with excellent English, Spanish, and French communication skills.
