The position

Job description

We are seeking an IAM consultant to join our team and work on deploying, integrating, and supporting IAM and MFA solutions for our clients. You will be a key player in delivering top-tier technical solutions and services that align with our clients’ needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with direct impact on our customer success.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the customer’s technical team to deploy and implement IAM and MFA solutions.

  • Design, configure, and integrate TrustBuilder IAM and MFA solutions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and meet client requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM and MFA deployment and integration.

  • Provide hands-on guidance and support for clients during and after solution deployment, ensuring smooth operation and user adoption.

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, support, product) to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure consistency across deployments.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security threats, and IAM best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of our offerings.


Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in professional services, IT consulting, or a similar technical role focused on IAM/MFA solutions.

  • You are fluent in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., Active Directory, SSO, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, etc.).

  • Experience with MFA concepts and technologies (Hotp, Totp, Ocra)

  • Hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of IAM and MFA tools in various environments.

  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cloud services (GCP, AWS), and authentication mechanisms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, agile team.

  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
