Marketing and Community Senior
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing marketing strategies to support the growth and engagement of our mystery shopping panels across seven countries.
Our Mystery Shopping Fieldwork team is dedicated to delivering high-quality mystery shopping data collection to help some of the world’s biggest brands enhance their customer service. Based at the EU Regional Support Centre in Prague, we manage panels in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, each with a dedicated community requiring ongoing recruitment, engagement and maintenance. We are committed to ensuring our clients have the right panel members, in the right locations, and in the desired numbers, to provide actionable insights and drive their success.
What you’ll do:
Listening to the needs of panel managers and translating them into marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search engines, email etc.) to recruit new panelists
Managing and optimizing social media presence (such as Facebook, Google etc.) to increase brand awareness and panel registration
Collaborating with colleagues to create engaging content (text, images, videos) for different marketing channels, considering various channels, countries, and target groups
Managing and improving the onboarding process for new panelists to ensure a positive experience
Developing and implementing strategies to improve panel engagement and maintain activity levels
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and reporting on key metrics and insights
Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, particularly in community management
You’re already based in or near Prague, Czech Republic
Experience in a marketing role, focused on community building and engagement is a big advantage
Success in running social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.)
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
Other languages are a big plus (Czech, French, Italian, or German), but we have a multilingual team to support you
Understanding of digital marketing best practices and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
Experience using marketing analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager)
Proven experience implementing successful SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
A self-starter attitude who can work independently and as part of a team.
