About the Role :

As the Global Compensation & International Mobility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and administering programs that attract, retain, and motivate our diverse workforce. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HRIS teams, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This role has a global scope and reports to Global Reward Director (Group level).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Compensation: Lead the design and execution of global compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and long-term incentive plans. Conduct job evaluations, market analysis, and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation levels.

  • International Mobility: Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation. Develop and implement policies and procedures for international compensation and benefits.

  • HR Analytics: Analyse compensation, benefits, and mobility data to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend program enhancements. Provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

  • Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.

  • Communication: Develop and deliver training programs and communications to employees and managers on compensation, benefits, and international mobility policies.


Preferred experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years’ experience, and knowledge of crack records in an HR department.

  • Proven experience in managing global compensation, benefits, and international mobility programs.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and international assignment best practices.

  • Expertise in global mobility issues, including immigration, relocation, and tax compliance.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications

  • Ability to work on project mode

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
