Our teams are responsible for defining their deliverables and timelines, promoting ownership and autonomy. As a UX designer focusing on simplification and democratization, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the simplification initiative for our platform, making social intelligence accessible to a broader audience.

  • Conducting extensive user research to understand pain points and barriers to adoption.

  • Creating user personas and journey maps that reflect diverse user groups, from novices to experts.

  • Designing intuitive, streamlined user flows and interfaces that simplify complex data analysis tasks.

  • Use and challenge the established design system to ensure platform-wide simplicity and consistency.

  • Collaborating with the tech team to ensure proper implementation of simplified designs.

  • Establishing best-in-class UX processes to consistently deliver simple interfaces at scale.

  • Conducting regular usability testing to validate design decisions and gather user feedback.


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on simplifying complex systems.

  • A portfolio demonstrating ability to transform complicated interfaces into intuitive, user-friendly designs is a plus.

  • Expertise with Figma.

  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, particularly for diverse user groups.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable in discussing and understanding client needs across various levels of technical expertise.

  • Deep interest in technology and data visualization, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Proven track record in establishing and scaling UX processes in fast-paced environments.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for democratizing technology and making data analysis accessible to all.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive and blame-free environment.
