Job description

🎯 The Role

As our operations grow, we are seeking an experienced account manager based in Belgium, to manage and develop our client portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Our aim is to provide a tailored service that supports charities to maximise the value they get from our products by utilising all features and leveraging the insight we gain from our network of customers.

You will provide proactive support to increase donation revenue and respond to the specific needs of a diverse range of charities, ranging from emergency humanitarian aid agencies, social support organisations and hospital trusts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with our central support, customer success and tech teams to ensure customers needs are met ;

  • Proactively working with customers to ensure they utilise and optimise all product features ;

  • Effectively communicating developments in the products to all customers ;

  • Support the new customer acquisition process, either via supporting the Market Director in procurement processes, or via directly responding to new customers requesting further information ;

  • Managing the set up process for new customers, ensuring they are in a position to launch our products to their audience ;

  • Help to organize the iRaiser marketing activities (webinars, physical events, etc) ;

  • Take part in partner’s events, coordinate and represent iRaiser to promote our solutions ;

  • Detect, qualify and manage additional sales opportunities (cross-sell and up-sell)


Preferred experience

Personal Specifications

  • Fluent in French and Flemish : you are able to exchange day to day with customers and colleagues

  • Experience in a B2B customer support role

  • Knowledge of the sector of charities or non-profits in a fundraising capacity, ideally of working with Saas and/or payment technology

  • A commitment to high customer satisfaction

  • Real interpersonal skills allow you to smoothly coordinate your work with your internal and external contacts, whether they are tech or not

  • Outstanding planning, time management and multitasking skills

  • You are resourceful: whatever the problem, you never get stuck and always find a solution

  • Strong skills in digital tools
