The position

Job description

As a 3D Graphic Designer Junior, you will join the Studio team in Paris reporting directly to the Studio Global Manager. Within the Client Experience department, you will work closely with our 3D Graphic Designer, Production Project Managers and Customer Success Managers based in Paris, Haarlem and NY. You will be required to be autonomous and a creative force to make proposals for all the tasks you are responsible for.

Your missions

Graphic design

  • Creating 3D models of apparel, fixtures, points of sale, and manufactured products to enable their integration into our visual merchandising platform

  • Producing content based on photos, technical documents, 3D files, and/or sketches in Autocad and converting to proprietary files

  • Creating 3D textures and their templates to allow for future color or pattern adaptations

  • Converting/merging files: Open DWG/Sketchup files, remove layers and convert to Mockshop files (DXF/OBJ), Convert images to ‘readable’ files (example: HEIST to JPG)

  • Gathering information: Chase information, such as floorplans, technical drawings of fixtures, store videos

Production management

  • Understanding a client’s brief, transmitting and coordinating external resources to meet quality and timeline objectives

  • Improving existing processes for better quality and production time


Preferred experience

  • Previous successful work experience in project management and 3D graphic design

  • Proficient in: real-time PBR modeling (Low and MidPoly modeling, PBR texturing…) on 3DS Max, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Unity (basic knowledge)

  • Proficient in: AutoCAD, 3D Architect, Sketchup, Photoshop, Irfanview, DWG viewer

  • Fluent in English and French for collaborating with international teams and supplier

  • Project leadership skills

  • Rigorous and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Proactive, ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented to move forward

  • Autonomous, motivated, curious and open-minded professional, who wants to work in full scale up with a startup spirit within a small team

  • A very accurate/precise person

  • Team spirit
