The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients. As a key player in the sales team, the BDR works closely with Account executives, Sales manager leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to position IWD’s SaaS solutions effectively within the market.
📌 Missions:
Develop prospecting strategy to identify, engage, and qualify prospects through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
Manage the sales pipeline by booking and leading meetings with prospects.
Understand client needs and guide them toward product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to optimize the sales process.
🎯 Key Activities:
Actively prospect using tools like SalesNavigator, Salesloft, and Lusha.
Qualify inbound leads and identify business opportunities.
Lead negotiations and contribute to closing new deals.
Maintain accurate records and forecasts in HubSpot & Sales Navigator.
Contribute to the development and improvement of growth strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Number of qualified leads and opportunities created.
Sales Conversion Rate: Ratio of leads converted into paying customers.
Revenue Contribution: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Number of meaningful interactions and follow-ups with prospects.
CRM Utilization: Accuracy and timeliness of data entry in HubSpot & Sales Navigator.

Background & Experience
