The position

Job description

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for implementing and adapting the marketing strategy for the US region. As a true growth driver for your region, you will work closely with the CSM and Sales teams, while receiving support from the Marketing and Communication leadership.

You will be reporting to the Head of US with a strong link with the Europe team (based in Paris (HQ)

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns (digital advertising, social media, PR, events).

  • Increasing brand visibility through strategic and creative initiatives.

Ads and Growth Marketing:

  • Collaborating with the Sales team for monthly campaigns (bi-weekly calls) for the US and Europe.

  • Scheduling multi-channel campaigns based on the editorial calendar.

  • Monitoring advertising performance (LinkedIn, Google, Capterra).

  • Analyzing inbound leads by marketing source and reporting results.

  • Updating campaign performance data monthly in the Marketing Performance tracker.

  • Conducting campaign analysis to refine and optimize results.

Visibility and Media:

On an ad hoc basis, depending on opportunities or news:

  • Creating content or launching media and PR campaigns.

  • Coordinating ad placements in local media (Fashion Dive for the US and Fashion United for Europe).

  • Developing case studies and client testimonials with the US CSM team (project-based).

  • Activating and managing press relations in the US region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A previous experience in a marketing role with a focus in visual merchandising and/or retail marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in organic and paid social media, as well as advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly adapt strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
