Our team of over 75 employees, spread across Lille, Bordeaux, Paris, Lyon and even internationally, enables more than 1000 users to manage no less than 15 million tons of cereals worldwide. In this context of growth, we are looking for an International marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Communication Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy to increase Javelot's brand awareness and promote our solutions in our key export markets: Germany, the United Kingdom, Northern Europe, and Eastern Europe.
Your Missions will be :
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Awareness: Define and implement an export marketing strategy tailored to the specificities of each target market, in alignment with Javelot’s global strategy.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead and execute the ABM strategy in collaboration with the international sales teams to target and engage strategic accounts (leveraging HubSpot and other off line and one line activations)
- Content Strategy & Campaigns:
- Coordinate the production and distribution of engaging content adapted to different markets (articles, case studies, white papers, videos, etc.).
- Design and execute digital campaigns tailored to target audiences to enhance brand awareness and consideration of Javelot’s solutions.
- Public Relations & Communication: Develop and manage relationships with specialized media, ensuring relevant media coverage and positioning Javelot as a key player in the sector.
- Events & Sales Support: Coordinate with sales teams to organize Javelot’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and key events to maximize the company’s visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Analysis & Optimization: Measure the impact of marketing actions, track KPIs, analyze the performance of digital campaigns, and adjust the strategy to optimize consideration and shorten sales cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in international marketing, ideally in a B2B and/or industrial environment. Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, as well as proficiency in HubSpot.
- Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and content strategy.
- Ability to work in project mode and collaborate with multicultural sales teams.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; another European language is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and results-oriented.
