The position

Job description

• Achieve sales targets and analyse performance (sales figures, traffic, performance indicators).

• Manage the entire sales process: welcoming, assisting, and advising customers; suggesting alternative/additional products; fostering customer loyalty; closing sales, and processing payments.

• Provide each customer with a unique and personalized shopping experience.

• Build and maintain a special relationship with customers to ensure loyalty.

• Ensure adherence to VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines.

• Manage and optimize stock supply (labelling, anti-theft measures, product availability tracking, organization).

• Promote the Maison’s image.

• Maintain impeccable standards in the sales area.
