Xavier graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Mines Paristech. After working for Jumia Travel (Rocket Internet) as MD for West Africa, he worked at the French Ministry of Finance, where he discovered open banking and how it could reshape the payments & rewards industry.
He created Joko in 2018 with Alexandre and Nicolas, with the ambition to reinvent consumers' shopping experience, from product discovery to reward and payment.
When he's not working, he tries to travel the world and eat good food as much as he can.
Hajar attended Ecole Centrale Paris and ESCP Business school. She started her career at Givenchy (LVMH) and then she decided to join the start-up and e-commerce ecosystem at Manomano to build the planning process in the ops team.
She joined Joko in 2021 to build the online business and grow the team. Her main missions are to support our partners in their growth and to hunt down the best deals for users. What drives her on a daily basis is having fun with great team members and the challenge of building a great purchasing power app for our users.
During her free time, Hajar loves to travel and work from abroad, she loves to party and shop as well.
After graduating from École Polytechnique, Alex completed a PhD in AI with INRIA and École Normale Supérieure. He then joined Criteo where he worked on international expansion post-IPO, and later the French Department of Defense, where he played a key role in assembling a talented Machine Learning team.
He created Joko in 2018 with Nicolas and Xavier to redefine the e-commerce experience from the ground up.
A proud young father, he treasures the time he spends with his child.
Luisa graduated in Advertising and Marketing in Brazil where she started her career as an Art Director in agencies. She worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Converse, Heineken and Skype.
She also co-founded two mobile applications in the service and e-commerce markets prior to moving to Spain to pursue her Master's degree. In 2019, Luisa graduated from European Institute of Design (IED) and has been living in Barcelona since. She joined Joko in 2023, where she focuses not only in building a strong brand strategy, but also oversees all communications sent by Joko across multiple media channels.
Outside work, Luisa enjoys outdoor sports, such as kayaking and hiking. She also really enjoys a good cup of coffee, in and off the clock.
Quentin graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. He started his career working for Bain and Company in Paris but quickly decided that he wasn't made for consulting and left for Asia. He worked there for 4 years leading commercial and operation teams. He then moved to Berlin where he built data and product teams working for DeliveryHero, one of Europe's largest tech companies. Finally, he came back to France in 2021 when he started and grew the French entity of Flink, a German start-up doing ultra-fast grocery deliveries.
He joined Joko in August 2023. As COO, Quentin aims to make sure we operate internally in a seamless and optimized manner. He leads several teams covering Operations, Data, Finance, and Legal.

She joined Joko as a Data Analyst and then became Data Lead in 2023. Her role with the Data team is to empower all teams at Joko to unlock the potential of data, transforming it into actionable insights that fuel data-driven decisions.
During her free time, you can find Coralie eating pastries or trying to make progress at CrossFit! She also loves remote working and usually works from several locations in France and abroad during summer.
Victor graduated from École Polytechnique and worked on several entrepreneurial projects as part of X-HEC Entrepreneurs before joining Joko in 2020.
He started at Joko as a Founders Associate, working in a close relationship with Xavier (CEO) on hiring, product, operations, and cross-team projects. Victor then joined the Product Team in 2021 with the ambition to put Joko in the hands of millions of users worldwide. He started as a Product Manager and was later promoted to Lead Product Manager. He is driven both by the incredible talent of the team members and the limitless challenges that lie ahead.
In his free time, you’re most likely to find Victor hanging off the walls of a climbing gym or, when the weather allows it, off a cliff in the south of France!

Presentation
We help consumers shop smarter. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way people shop, empowering them to find what they need, make informed purchasing decisions, and save money.
Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Our team of over 50 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely.
As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants.
Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.
After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.
It’s still day 1; come build the future of shopping with us!
What they are looking for
We are looking for people who are willing to get out of their comfort zone to reach outstanding goals. Doers who never stop learning. People who are talented, optimistic, and fun: setting the bar high and willing to give and receive feedback, but not taking themselves too seriously.
We value talents from diverse backgrounds and experiences to create great things together. Our team is made up of various profiles (former entrepreneurs, engineers, PhDs, etc.), each with a singular path that led them to join us.
We built Joko around 5 core values:
🚀 we set the bar high
✅ we get things done
❤️ we care for others
📚 we never stop learning
💃 we make it fun
If these values are aligned with what you are looking for and who you are, we would love to meet you!
