Job description

📌 About the Role

Jus Mundi is looking for a Brand Designer to lead the creation of visually impactful marketing campaigns while serving as a brand ambassador to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

As a Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping Jus Mundi’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across our brand, marketing, and product communications. This is your chance to work at the intersection of law and technology, contributing to innovative solutions that transform the legal industry. 🌍

🙌 The Team

You’ll be part of our Marketing Team, dedicated to building and scaling Jus Mundi’s global presence through creative and compelling storytelling. Our team is known for its collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving, and you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experts across marketing, product design, and other teams across the company.

✨ Your Future Manager

You will report to our Head of Marketing, Sneha Ashtikar-Roy. Sneha began her career as an associate at an international law firm in Paris, where she gained invaluable experience in the legal industry. However, after five years, her creative instincts led her to switch careers and pursue marketing.

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

In this role, you will handle:

  • Brand Asset Development:

    • Develop and maintain Jus Mundi’s visual brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all media, multichannel platforms, and products.

    • Act as the steward of Jus Mundi’s brand identity, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all internal and external communications and teams.

    • Represent Jus Mundi’s brand visually and strategically in collaboration with external partners, including at events and within co-branded initiatives.

  • Creative Design Execution:

    • Develop high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns, including websites, social media (both static and animated), email marketing, landing pages, event materials, PowerPoints, and ads.

    • Create design assets that align with Jus Mundi’s marketing objectives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Campaign Collaboration:

    • Partner with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns that resonate with global audiences.

    • Translate marketing briefs into visually appealing, results-oriented designs.

  • Team Support:

    • Collaborate with external freelancers or agencies to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

    • Work closely with Product Design and other teams to ensure seamless integration of visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

  • Innovation:

    • Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to make Jus Mundi’s campaigns stand out in a competitive legal tech landscape.

Preferred experience

Experience:

  • 8 years in marketing design, ideally in tech, SaaS, or B2B environments. Experience in legal or professional services industries is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva, as well as motion graphic and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Creativity and Strategy:

  • Ability to balance creative excellence with marketing objectives, translating complex ideas into simple, effective visuals.

Time Management:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices to stakeholders.
